Email support@pixelcut.ai and include:
  • Your account email
  • Device + OS (or browser + version)
  • Pixelcut app version (or browser + version if on web)
  • Steps to reproduce (if you can repeat it)
  • Expected vs actual result
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording
  • Please include as much detail as possible so we can help you faster.
If you’re reporting an API issue, email api@pixelcut.ai with endpoint + timestamp + response body (remove secrets).
